Seeking full time, permanent opportunity. Family Practice Physician
Opportunity: - Outpatient setting, M - F clinic hours. - 1:4 call
rotation required. - 45 minutes from downtown Chicago - Collegial
group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support
in developing physician practices - EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS
Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of
sophistication) - Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and
outpatient settings Family Practice Physician Qualifications: -
Must be BE/BC in Family Practice or Family Medicine. - Must be
licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana - New
