qualified Oncology RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Pay Information
$2,534 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology Clinic Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience:
Oncology, chemotherapy, and ambulatory triage experience preferred.
Must have completed two years of experience within the last three
years. License: Must have a nursing license or compact license from
their permanent address state. Certifications: BLS certification
must be through the American Heart Association. Oncology Certified
Nurse (OCN) certification required. Must-Have: Candidate must be
willing to provide education and guidance to patients and families.
Candidate must assist in triage for a specific oncology population.
Candidate must work as part of a multidisciplinary team for
positive patient outcomes. Description: This RN will be working in
medical oncology and taking triage phone calls. Day shifts are from
08:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends
required. Travelers are expected to float to other units if
necessary based on staffing needs. Permanent address must be more
than 50 miles from the assigned primary work site location.
Orientation hours are required before starting the position.
Telemetry competency renewal is needed to maintain active status.
Testing will be required prior to the start, including telemetry
exams with strict passing criteria. Failure to pass the designated
exams within the attempts may result in cancellation of the
