• Work 30 minutes from Milwaukee
• Healthcare is paid for by the employers in the area
• Boutique practice; membership based
• 1 hour for new appointments and 30 minutes for existing patients
• Monday through Friday work schedule
• Must see all ages
• Salary above MGMA
• FM can do minor procedures, but it's not required
