Work Schedule :100% FTE, working 10 or 12-hour shifts but mostly
12 hours between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM hours with a 1:4 weekend rotation,
working at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based
on the operational needs of the department.Be part of something

integral role in our inpatient care teams by providing
high-quality, cost-effective care to patients with the #1 hospital
in Wisconsin and the #1 ranked lung transplant program in the
nation!We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Inpatient Advanced Pulmonary Service to:Work collaboratively within
a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to
patients with advanced pulmonary disease in an inpatient
setting.Care for patients with Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary
Hypertension, and pre- and post-lung transplant.Conduct
comprehensive health history and physical assessment of patients
with acute and chronic conditions affecting the respiratory
system.Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with the
attending or consulting team to adjust plans of care.At UW Health,

Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program RequiredEducation
:If Nurse Practitioner: Masters or Doctorates degree from
accredited Nursing Program.If Physician Assistant: Bachelors or
Masters degree from accredited PA Program.Licenses and
Certifications :Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf
Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses,
including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive
board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may
include the following: Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, Adult
Acute Care, or Family.If Physician Assistant*:Active PA license,
including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive
PA board certificationAll Nurse Practitioner and Physician
