Job Description $10,000 Sign On Bonus. ProMedica Hospice, formerly Heartland Hospice, has an exciting opportunity for a RN to join our established growing hospice agency serving the Buffalo Grove and surrounding areas. This primary full-time position is a weekend position (Friday 4:00pm-Monday 8am) taking call from home and assisting with visits after hours. We have a dedicated triage nurse that will contact this nurse when a visit is needed. Our RN's possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, great problem solving and decision-making skills, at least 1-year institutional nursing experience, and home care, hospice or triaging experience is a plus but not needed! We will train the right candidate!
