This is where you can do your best work. - Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives- where your purpose accelerates our mission. - Location to live: USA Summary: Responsible for driving the HD sales effectiveness and efficiency of the Portfolio Managers (PM & vPM) teams via optimization of training needs, identification and delivery of best practices, utilization of renal clinical educators, individual performance improvement, additional resource deployment etc. The budgeted salary for this position is $130,000-$150,000 + commission This candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities:
    • This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and will have direct reporting line with all HD RCEs/coordinator. All PMs/vPMs will have a dotted line to this position. This role will have input with regards to the performance evaluations and merit pay increases of the PM/vPM teams in coordination with the corresponding Regional Manager and sole responsibility for performance evaluations for the RCEs/coordinator.
    • Develop & lead strategic initiatives for the US based RCE/PM/vPM teams, including development and implementation of best demonstrated practices in the field, consistent data/clinical insights utilization, effective resource utilization, associated field and customer (virtual & in person) training, etc.
    • Support Sales, Marketing, Product and Clinical Activities. Ensure quality product training and in-servicing, customer relationship development and management, clinical effectiveness of RCEs and overall sales effectiveness of the PM/vPM teams.
    • Analyze workflow processes for critical areas within the RCE/PM/vPM teams and implement/recommend the necessary changes/improvements.
    • Develop and track the critical metrics for the RCE/PM organization and develop the reporting tool for each area to report to upper management.
    • Maintain and manage timely and professional written and verbal communications with senior management.
    • Assist the VP of Sales in managing budgets, financial monitoring of departmental projects and reconciliation of projects.
    • Maintains a functional knowledge of disease states and therapies in relevant therapeutic areas for the Renal Business. Qualifications & Experience:
      • Must have a track record of success in devising and executing clinical and sales initiatives.
      • A minimum of 5 years Dialysis experience, clinical experience desired
      • A minimum of 5 years of Leadership (direct people management preferred) experience required.
      • Proven track record of sales performance and meeting quota requirements on consistent basis.
      • Up to 50%-70% travel require
      • Proven ability to work collaboratively across many roles on clinical and sales projects and programs. Experience with stakeholder management, plan development and matrix management are key.
      • Understanding of Renal's overall business, goals, strategies and objectives in order to ensure programs are aligned with those needs.
      • Solid knowledge of the medical/therapeutic impact of Baxter products and potential product applications.
      • Excellent presentation skills; ability to present programs and strategies to a variety of senior and cross functional audiences.
      • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; communicating with external and internal audiences
      • Highly motivated, cooperative, timely and exhibit initiative and foresight to ensure collaboration across various functional units.
      • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
      • Demonstrated track record of coaching and people development, influencing others and effectively working in cross-functional teams.
      • Excellent time management skills; ability to focus on multiple issues at one time; ability to organize and direct diverse activities in a changing environment often under time pressure.
      • Demonstrate exceptional follow-through with assigned tasks, and be self-motivated.
