Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled General Manager for a Corporate Services account Libertyville Illinois. In this role, you will lead daily operations of a full-service caf--, focusing on culinary excellence, high-end catering and driving customer engagement through outstanding food presentation and service. Additionally, you will manage budgets and financials, oversee payroll and HR functions, train and develop a team of up to 10 associates, and maintain strong client relationships. This position requires a driven, self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for food.   • Implement Sodexo systems and programs, including software implementation, staff training and development
  • Continuously evaluate service quality to maintain client and guest satisfaction
  • Drive employee engagement and foster employee satisfaction through strong leadership
  • Manage and execute high-level catering and cocktail events, ensuring flawless execution and unforgettable experiences for guests
  • Achieve financial targets for both the company and client, while creating a positive, results-driven environment
