Activities vary based on project scope and individual skills, but typically include client-facing engagements, project management, data analysis, practice development, mentorship, and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot existing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HR integrations.
• Develop and modify fast formulas, build complex data models, and create or revise OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Make configuration changes in Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
• Handle data changes, employee timecard adjustments, and system troubleshooting.
• Track activities using JIRA, update Oracle SRs, and utilize My Oracle Support resources.
• Utilize SQL/PL SQL; Python skills are a plus.
• Resolve daily system issues and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Qualifications:
  • Deep technical experience with Oracle Cloud modules, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
  • Experience with Redwood UI, Hessian versions, and making configuration changes.
  • Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Mentorship ability for junior team members.Additional Information:This position does not offer sponsorship.Estimated salary ranges from $165,000 to $185,000 USD, with total compensation including incentives between $189,740 and $231,250 USD.
