generating your future today.The Manager, Consulting - Risk,
Regulatory, and Compliance (RRC) is an onsite client-facing role
that supports Point B by leading engagements focused on risk,
regulatory, and compliance challenges across various industries.
Managers in this role apply deep RRC expertise to help clients
navigate regulatory changes, strengthen compliance programs, and
drive enterprise-wide risk management efforts. This role includes
leading large teams, managing complex programs, and developing the
capabilities of othersResponsibilities OverviewLeads and manages
complex RRC engagements, guiding clients through regulatory
strategy, response, and compliance transformation.Partners with
clients to interpret rules, policies, and regulations and design
effective compliance frameworks.Develops and oversees assessments,
control testing, and remediation activities related to regulatory
enforcement or audit findings.Leads cross-functional teams across
surveillance, monitoring, risk management, internal audit, and
related domains.Identifies and mitigates engagement risks while
ensuring high-quality client deliverables.Serves as a strategic
advisor to clients, leveraging industry experience in sectors such
as Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, and FinTech.Fosters a
collaborative, high-performing team culture and supports Point B
values.Participates in business development efforts by identifying
RRC opportunities and helping grow Point B's capabilities in this
space.Contributes to internal firm-building initiatives and mentors
junior team membersRequired Qualifications OverviewB.A. or B.S.
degree required.Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk, Regulatory,
or Compliance domains.Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex
projects or programs.Experience in one or more of the following:
project management, business analysis, process improvement,
technology implementation, or data analytics.Strong leadership,
organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability
to work in a client-facing environment and collaborate across
teams.Familiarity with RRC technologies (e.g., Archer,
ServiceNow).Desired Qualifications OverviewFormal consulting
experience (Big 4, top 20, or boutique RRC firms).Regulator
experience (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FRB, SROs, FDIC, FDA).Experience
across various RRC functions: GRC, Financial Crime, Regulatory
Inspections, Control Group, or Internal Audit.Industry
certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, RAC, PMP are a plus.MBA
preferred.Comfortable working onsite or remotely, with willingness
to travel up to 80%.Experience working in startup or high-growth
consulting environments.Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated
salary range for this role is $96,500-$215,500 USD per year.This
salary range is provided as required by local and state law as
applicable.Individual salaries vary on a number of factors
including but not limited to geography, skills, education,
experience and unique qualifications where applicable.Bonuses are
awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual
