Job Description:

Lead day-to-day operations of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher programs.


Supervise and support operations staff, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and agency policies.


Oversee contracts, budgets, and reporting for program performance and compliance.


Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic program improvements.


Represent the program at community events and meetings; manage community and client relations.


Conduct program evaluations and implement updates based on legislative or policy changes.


Provide guidance on complex cases, manage complaints, and resolve landlord/participant disputes.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.


5+ years in public or private housing management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.


Strong knowledge of federal housing programs (HCV and PBV).


Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager/Rent Caf-- is a plus.


Certification in HCV Proficiency (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
