- Experience with the Water Benefit Accounting methodology and
indicators.
- Experience with data-driven assessment of water supply risk and
watershed health.
- Experience in a cross-functional role at the interface of
commercial and engineering teams, with a record of driving results
and execution in multi-stakeholder environments and complex
systems.
- Understanding of water-based cooling technologies and the data

full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity +
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

- Manage the assessment, reporting and tracking of water risk and
related metrics on a global scale to ensure a responsible and
resilient water supply chain during new site selection and facility
operations.
- Source the projects that provide water benefit and improve
watershed health, directing external partners and coordinating
internally.
- Support the development of assets elevating Google's impact on
local watersheds via investment in replenishment and infrastructure
projects.
- Implement programmatic improvements, such as tracking of
replenishment progress, maintaining and enhancing dashboards to
report key performance indicators, and streamlining the contracting
process.
