• Responsible for building strong employee and union relations
• Integral in the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements
• Oversight of recruiting for all operational positions at your particular facility
• Performance management of onsite HR team and integral in performance management for onsite employees
• Onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Change management: Will be a key cultural leader onsite for development and implementation of key transformation initiatives to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, enhance training and development.Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources required
  • Masters Degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive Manufacturing Industry Human Resources experience
  • 2+ years manufacturing experience preferably within food
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
