Overview:
**JOB PURPOSE:**
Were looking for a passionate Digital Product Manager who is eager to optimize eCommerce across both the website and the mobile application. This individual will bring best practices in eCommerice and a Test-and-Learn mindset to drive rental and ancillary revenue. Daily work will include collaborating colleagues on cross-functional and co-located product development teams. The role demands strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, technical fluency, empathy, and humility. A successful candidate will have an appreciation for user-centered design, data-driven decision making, agile principles and practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead Discovery sessions across stakeholder groups and technical feasibility reviews to define and prioritize the product roadmaps
+ Lead product development team of engineers and designers to build and ship optimizations of the rental booking flow on either the website or the mobile app
+ Partner with teams to conduct A/B testing and pre-market testing to test out hypotheses and optimize the customer experience
+ Report on product KPIs and leverage data to drive cross-functional alignment and decision making for product enhancements
**Experience and Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of Product Management experience
+ 2+ years of eCommerce experience on websites or mobile apps
+ Travel or hospitality industry experience preferred
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
+ Proven ability to leverage data to make decisions
+ Experience with A/B testing tools
+ Experience with agile development methodologies
+ Experience working with business insights platforms like Tableau and data analytics platforms like Google Analytics
We expect the starting salary to be around $103,000 with annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience
