Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our growing team in the food industry. The Regulatory Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety, labeling, and packaging. They will also be responsible for managing the regulatory affairs team and overseeing all regulatory affairs activities within the organization.Responsibilities:--- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to food safety, labeling, and packaging.--- Monitor and keep up-to-date with all regulatory changes and requirements related to the food industry.--- Advise and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and implications for business decisions.--- Manage and oversee the regulatory affairs team, including training and mentoring staff members.--- Review and approve all labeling and packaging materials for compliance with regulatory requirements.--- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.--- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including product registrations, notifications, and other submissions as required.--- Represent the organization in regulatory meetings, conferences, and other industry events.Requirements:--- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.--- 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry.--- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations related to food safety, labeling, and packaging.--- Demonstrated experience managing a regulatory affairs team.--- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and make sound business decisions.--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.--- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.--- Experience working with regulatory agencies such as FDA or USDA
