Position Summary:
This role provides an opportunity to contribute to marketing excellence for the commercial organization. This position will focus on rolling out the annual planning process communications as well deliver marketing / planning learnings and best practices across the entire commercial organization.
Responsibilities:

• Lead communications for the annual brand planning process, including both strategic and tactical planning for all brands across the commercial organization.
• Drive the Strategic Marketing functional annual planning process.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies on day-to-day program execution, ensuring they drive toward strategic goals. Partner with procurement on agency and partner initiatives.
• Identify and rollout learning opportunities for the commercial organization.
• Lead special projects within Strategic Marketing.
  Qualifications and Skills Required:
  
  • Bachelor's degree business or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience required.
  • Healthcare marketing and/or pharmaceutical/advertising/communications agency experience preferred.
  • Understanding of classic brand marketing fundamentals and promotional strategy.
  • Experience in planning.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited resources, delivering programs on time and on budget.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and the impact of Digital, Consumer and HCP marketing.
  • Comfortable with and energized by operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, proactive demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
