Duties and Responsibilities The following reflects essential
functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be
assigned. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include
other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem
necessary.Train, guide, and mentor Team LeadsMonitor and improve
inspection metric reportsMonitor team performance and provide
feedbackArrange tasks and personnel to meet area needs and prevent
downtimeReview and address Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR)
for inspection actionsReview and address Internal Issues (INT) and
Audit Findings (Internal [IQA] and External) related to inspection
areaGenerate Temporary Deviation Request (TDR) for inspection
processes as neededCreate and edit inspection routers and
templatesPerform basic statistical studies as neededInterpret
detailed blueprints, work orders, and engineering
specificationsCoordinate and collect gauges due for calibration for
inspection areasNotify supervisors and other personnel of
production problems and assist in identifying issueCoordinate and
train new hiresManage workflow, priorities, and projects in
inspection areasCommunicate inspection output and process with
customers as neededMonitor and maintain Inspection DatabaseMonitor
and maintain Dock to Stock program (D2S)Monitor 7S activities and
implement process improvements in inspection areasLead Team
meetings and partake in departmental/company meetings as
neededComply with all safety and sanitation regulationsComplete any
other tasks as assigned by supervisor
