Job Description

The Treasury Cash Manager manages the team responsible for Treasury operations including: global cash and liquidity management, free cash flow forecasting and reporting, risk management related to commodities hedging and supplier risk. The role directly supports the achievement of Fortune Brands Innovations financial metrics.

This role can be hybrid with an average of 2-3 days per week spent working in the Deerfield office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages global cash management function including but not limited to: short-term debt and liquidity management on a daily basis, intercompany financings, corporate fraud protection and banking controls to ensure protection of corporate assets.
• Bank account and systems administration.
• Develop the free cash flow forecast and coordinate with business units and corporate functions to drive accountability and forecast accuracy.
• Manage the overall commodities hedging program and work with business units to ensure accounting requirements are met in order to mitigate ongoing risks to the business.
• Provide support and financial analysis of critical suppliers including full analytical reviews and presentation of findings to required cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned.
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • Bachelor s degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related fields with 5-7 years of experience or equivalent preferred.
  • Requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Managerial experience in a fast paced, demanding work environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled at applying basic accounting concepts.
  • Ability to link decisions to business goals and operate while keeping the entire enterprise in mind.
  • Ability to process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from the analysis.
  • Excellent Excel skills required.
