Purpose and Scope:
The position is responsible for:
(1) Responsibility to capture requirements and build reports for GBS process towers primary focus of the America's Region
(2) Standardize capturing user requirements for reports across America's and collaborate with IS to build custom reports across our reporting landscape
(3) Collaborate with Sr. leadership and business user groups across America's to understand reporting requirements
(4) Point of contact for our global IS and Business outsource service provider for our reporting landscape
(5) Responsibility for supporting FP&A Center of Excellence to align requirements with our system capabilities
(6) Responsibility to conduct weekly office hours to host training and demonstrate best use of SAP Analytics Cloud and Embedded Analytics
(7) Collaborate with other regional reporting leads to harmonize regional and global reporting requirements
Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Support third party service provider to deliver business requirements in agreed upon timelines
* Partner directly with our America's business users' teams to:
* Identify the best SAP/BPC/SAC reporting solutions
* Support reporting requests including but not limited to validation, analysis, review, logging, escalation & follow up
* Serve as a business resource for America's reporting and training as needed
* Develop a repository of reports available for America's business users
* Support the month end close process for any required reports

* Maintain strong business relationships with key business stakeholders and proactively identify reporting solutions that would enhance our efficiency and effectiveness as an organization
* AMERICA'S Lead on design, enhancements (planning and testing), process improvements and new initiatives related to our global reporting systems.
* Responsible for subsequent operation, troubleshooting and maintenance in new process states.
* Continuously review and research opportunities to maximize utilization of relevant systems. Stay abreast of new offerings and solutions that could be of potential benefit to the business.
* Maintain general knowledge of business operations to understand the driver for ad-hoc business requests
* Serves as a liaison with the IS Organization to effectively utilize the reporting systems (SAP, ARIBA, BW, SAC etc.) to drive improved financial reporting and greater efficiencies.
* Responsible to support our internal reporting team in governance and framework for SAC and SAP Embedded Analytics including, but not limited to, the creation of new reporting models; enhancement of existing reports; and verification of accuracy of newly developed and existing reports
* Develop, generate, and provide unique reporting on behalf of GBS process owners to Sr. Leadership on behalf of the America's region
Quantitative Dimensions:
The position is responsible for managing specific projects for the America's region and working directly with contractors to ensure system integrity
Organizational Context:
The position reports directly to the Director, Reporting GBS

Qualifications
Required

* BS/BA in Business or finance with strength in IT applications.
* 10+ years working experience in Consulting relating to SAP/BW/SAC/FIORI and reporting Business.
* 5+ years managerial or project management experience.
* Knowledge of SAP (and supporting systems), SAC and Embedded Analytics.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
* Must have strong understanding of SAP business process (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance, Supply chain, Master Data)
* Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

* MBA, or advanced degree (Business)
* SAP-SAC and Embedded Analytics system knowledge
