Job Description:
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in risk
management or High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of
experience in risk management.
* Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify
issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and
find solutions.
* Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and
implementing strategies to resolve problems.
* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using
SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting
charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers
and/or print scaling).
* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example:
inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or
adjusting table columns).
* At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or
cross-functional team leadership.
* Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes
(within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in risk
management or High School Diploma/GED and at least 8 years of
experience in risk management.
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Risk
Management.
* Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and at least 4 years of
experience in risk management.
* Experience with a large, multi-state or global company in the
retail or healthcare sector with a global knowledge of casualty and
property insurance coverages, financial products coverage and other
insurance placements.
* Experience working with casualty and property insurance coverages
and insurance placement.
