Job Descriptions: Remote and 3 days onsite Location: Harrisonburg, Virginia Work Hours: M-F 8-5pm EST Responsible for developing and administering an enterprise-wide business continuity program that allows for continued business operations and service in the event of a disaster. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: + Develops and implements strategies as set by senior management across the enterprise. + Serves as primary management point of contact for global issues related to business continuity. + Serves as resource and subject matter expert for issues relating to continuity of business operations. + Leads strategic planning with business units in developing response and recovery plans. + Manages implementation and revision of plans. + Conducts audits and integrated tests of plans. + Makes recommendations to increase efficacy. + Coordinates training and education of and serves on the corporate crisis management team. + Works collaboratively with internal shared services departments, such as IFT, in integrating plans to support business continuity. Qualifications + Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience across multiple operations areas; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.+ Excellent communication skills to influence management, resolve conflict, and conduct training and education strongly preferred.
