Position Purpose:
Leads and Manages Travel and Expense Team (T&E); manages the
administration/enhancements/audit of T&E policy and the travel
spend.
T&E Team is responsible for day-to-day administration of Travel
and Expense program, T&E Policy, T&E Card, P-Card, and
Concur, which is a tool for out of pocket reimbursement and card
reconciliation. In addition, the team audits reimbursements and
card transactions for compliance to the Global T&E and
Corporate Card Policy.
Key Job Activities:
o Help with interpretation of the policy on a
day-to-day basis for the team
o Lead the T&E Committee meetings for review
of policy violations and interpretations. Present Policy
enhancements to the committee
o Create processes, metrics, and reporting for
reviews of violations, payment issues, etc.
o Provide reporting to senior management on
metrics for T&E on a regular basis
o Oversee the reporting of T&E review for
global entities and provide guidance to global teams on managing
their respective T&E programs
• Responsible for management of the T&E
Cards, P-Cards, and administration of the T&E and
reconciliation tool, Concur
• Ensures monthly reporting of audit findings to
leadership team for both ‘front end audit’ of transactions in
process and of ‘back end audit’ for transactions that have been
completed.
• Create and run training programs for the
business to ensure understanding and adherence of the T&E and
corporate card policy
• Create a program for monitoring/audit Travel
program (airline, car rental, hotel) spend and implement any
ongoing/short term restrictions for travel
• Establish and oversee T&E team and ensure
that card usage and T&E reimbursements are in accordance to
company policy through receipt audits, transaction data analysis,
direct follow up with team members, and escalation to HR and Office
of Ethics and Compliance
• Work with the Treasury team to cross train with
Treasury group and participate in any group projects as needed
Education:
Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
Experience (North America & LATAM):
• 5 plus years of relevant Experience
