          Role Summary

          We are seeking a Marketing Manager E-Commerce Paid Media to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid analytical and data driven approach towards marketing and a solid understanding of media planning and optimization as well as all the business aspects of ecommerce.

          You will be responsible for best-in-class online marketing and merchandising to ensure that our marketing efforts and websites deliver consistently outstanding results.

          To be successful in this role, you are someone who is super energized and organized, demonstrates strong business acumen and possesses an understanding of B2C Marketing and eCommerce. Candidates must demonstrate high energy and passion for their work and want to be challenged every day as the role operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

          Key Responsibilities

          Roles and responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:

          Media Planning
          • Manage overall integrated media plan for assigned brands
          • Create and maintain overall marketing calendar
          • Create and manage the overall testing programs for assigned brands
          • Work with individual business leaders to identify content and daily/weekly specials
          • Serve as the day to day lead contact for our advertising agency
          • Continually optimize campaigns for greater performance and Return on Ad Spend

            Site Management/eCommerce
            • Performs daily analysis of website performance, including product and category performance and visitor data.
            • Own digital merchandising process through optimizing assortment, pricing and strategy.
            • Develop & analyze digital merchandising approaches to maximize conversion and sales for specific categories online.
            • Enhance site navigation & manage categories by analyzing and optimizing path-to-product, page performance, category conversion, and top sellers.
            • Responsible for category page experience - including merchandising sorts, content, filters & overall customer experience.
            • Collaborate with internal resources to analyze eCommerce sales for gaps and opportunities in product mix.
            • Develop assortment plans by identifying trends in categories as well monitor key metrics by channel.
            • Manage site sorting rules, search term optimization, and other commerce platform-related features that help drive conversion rate and provide a best in class retail experience.
            • Develop and define recommendations for site enhancements to improve the customer experience through content presentation, navigation and merchandising features.

              Social Media
              • Responsible for overall social media strategy and execution
              • Create content and recurring posts for social media channels
              • Manage paid social media strategy

                • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
                • Must have a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies

                • Excellent planning & follow-up skills, including the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
                • Strong prioritization skills & proven ability to successfully handle multiple tasks

                  • 3-5 years of digital marketing and eCommerce experience
                  • Google analytics and Ad Words certifications
                  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
                  • Direct to consumer marketing experience
                  • Previous management of media budgets
                  • Willingness to learn our industry
                  • High degree of proficiency in the utilization of website and media analysis tools
                  • Proven capability of developing, communicating and executing strategic marketing plans
                  • Aptitude with learning new tools, developing strategies for use and building and executing plans to use tools to support business needs.
                  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in order to solve problems
                  • Passion for the eCommerce business and a desire to contribute to the growth and evolution of company
