Senior Manager Integrated Marketing Planning

Job SummaryResponsible for managing the Integrated Planning Process, including the development and execution of the strategic marketing plans for the company's business units. Liaises with all marketing teams as well as other relevant business partners to ensure an integrated marketing strategy and execution plan. In addition to leading the Planning Process, responsible for developing, extending, and socializing the Marketing calendar (reflecting the comprehensive marketing strategy over a rolling 18 month period).Job ResponsibilitiesLeads the integrated planning, including development of the strategic integrated marketing strategy and plan to ensure the attainment of business unit objectives; increase brand recognition, and enhance Walgreens market position.Provides technical guidance and ROI consulting to marketing and brand leaders on timing and appropriateness of messaging and media.Works closely with the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing Planning to develop Marketing calendar and other strategic initiatives.Serves as primary marketing liaison for specific business/division(s) with other corporate marketing teams, aligning marketing plans.Contributes to the development and execution of marketing processes and tools that deliver consistent brand communications aligned with the company's overarching strategic goals.Manages Marketing partnerships and integration of these programs into the overall marketing strategy and plan.Builds and maintains working relationships with other cross-functional partners to ensure marketing is collaborating effectively across the enterprise.Develops and mentors team through open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veteransAbout Walgreens Boots AllianceWalgreens Boots Alliance (Nasdaq: WBA) is a global leader in retail pharmacy, impacting millions of lives every day through dispensing medicines, and providing accessible, high-quality care. OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience in business/marketing consulting, or strategic and/or promotional marketing planning.Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.Experience in developing and/or contributing to strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.Experience with marketing project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).Experience evaluating information and data to determine ROI and prioritization of programs.Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.MBA/Master's Degree.
