Program Manager- Payment Services

Duration: 18 Months

Job Description:
Responsible for cross-functional, cross-divisional programs of significant magnitude and complexity.
Ensures programs are completed according to time and budget schedules, and conform to overall standards, operational excellence and project requirements.
Processes and synthesizes program outputs into executive-level presentations, updates, risks, mitigations, and business recommendations.
Collaborates with business and technology teams to develop the end to end approach and evaluation of projects/programs.
Provides dedicated support for programs by facilitating the PMO Governance intake (LPM) process, business case and timeline development, managing progress to milestones, and refining benefits assumptions as necessary.
Works closely with the Systems Architect on Solution Discovery for new initiatives, identifying internal, external impacts including vendor system impacts and facilitates solution discussions.
Oversees multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached. Directs program activities to ensure high quality results within defined time and budget schedules.
Works closely with sponsors, cross-functional teams to plan, develop and report on scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budget, and timing for initiatives.
Proactively works with program teams to identify cross-functional complexities and resolve risks and issues.
Resolves high level conflicts and negotiates with stakeholders.
Identifies key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors and coordinates cross-project initiatives.
Analyzes and shares program-specific insights and recommendations to achieve operational effectiveness.
Assesses and measures ongoing impact and evaluates changes to key assumptions / planned impact.
Manages prioritization and reporting of activities within the program.
Produces required program reports for management and stakeholders.
Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources.
Manage all aspects of each project.
Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources.
Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
Assist with business requirements analyses.
Manages project scopes, issues, and risks.
Ensures change controls are executed appropriately.
Estimate work efforts and manage resources accordingly.
Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs.
Communicate statuses to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
8+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
Technology background
SAFe certification
In-Depth practical knowledge of Agile methodology
Proven history of managing Business/Technology large initiatives
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills. Previous stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of Payments Services
Expertise in JIRA, MS Office, MIRO, MS Project, Blueworks, MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Tableau
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and processes
