Join us on our journey of growth!Relocation available for this positionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Director, Digital Transformation will lead the Lundbeck Digital Transformation Office. Working closely with Commercial leadership, this individual will develop the transformational digital strategy, manage the roadmap to drive operational change, and promote best-in-class use of digital technologies. Areas of expertise include digital transformation, customer-centric marketing, and agile response to digital trends.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate to define digital strategy
    • Evolve what digital transformation means for Lundbeck and build an innovative and sustainable digital transformation blueprint that goes beyond current organizational thinking and scales to have an impact on multiple teams
    • Act as a business partner to provide digital thought leadership to develop, prioritize, and influence company-wide strategic goals.
    • Engage with industry peers and associations to identify and assess disruptive digital trends, develop thought leadership, and partner with business leaders to incorporate high potential initiatives into the digital transformation roadmap
      • Manage the Digital Transformation Office
        • Manage direct and indirect reports in the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) team and develop strategies to attract, retain and build top talent in the digital space
          • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to establish, systemize, and continuously improve ways of working for how the Digital Transformation Office at Lundbeck works with cross-functional teams
          • Partner with Lundbeck leadership to evolve and scale the Digital Transformation Office to match roadmap and strategic priorities
          • Manage digital transformation roadmap and budget within the US, with the potential to collaborate with global colleagues as necessary
            • Drive organizational transformation
              • Drive understanding and adoption of a customer-first and product-based mindset while delivering innovative data and digital technologies across the organization
              • Establish strong working relationships with senior business, sales, marketing, and technology leaders in the capacity of a trusted advisor to support unique needs of Lundbeck brands
                • Be a positive disrupter and champion new ways of working to persuade internal and external constituencies to deliver the best solutions for Lundbeck customers in a rapidly evolving, complex environmentREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
                  • Accredited bachelor's degree
                  • 10+ years' experience in technology innovation, Digital Marketing, and/or Commercial
                  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives
                  • Experience leading teams
                  • Agile or iterative product development lifecycle experience
                  • Strategic thinker able to see big picture and lead others in pursuit of team goals
                  • Strong storyteller with the ability to connect data insights to business impact
                  • Engaging and influential leader effective at encouraging collaboration and team building
                  • Experienced and effective managing along dotted-line relationships in a matrix environment
                  • Execution-focus with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

                    • Accredited bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field
                    • Accredited master's degree
                    • Experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
                    • Familiarity with marketing technologies, cloud solutions, data analytics, or other digital capabilities
                    • Expertise in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) multi-channel and omni-channel marketing and sales
                    • Experience leveraging multiple marketing technology tools (e.g., CDP, orchestration engines, CRM)TRAVEL:
                      • Willingness/Ability to travel up to 20% of time domestically. International travel may be required
