The primary role responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional peers to drive brand and creative work for USHP including project intake, scheduling, managing stakeholder reviews and revisions and delivering final work product on time and on budget. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understands the organization's vision, goals and strategies. Aligns with the organization's priorities, determines critical success factors, and evaluates and supports initiatives that sustain growth and provides a competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional peers to drive brand and creative work for USHP including project intake, scheduling, managing stakeholder reviews and revisions and delivering final work product on time and on budget.
  • Uphold Baxter brand standards and guidelines in the work product
  • Foster relationships across our Marketing organization, working closely with them to develop a shared strategy, and co-owning the responsibility for d eveloping marketing campaign strategies, product launch materials, communication media, audio-video production and web-based products.
  • Establishes and maintains high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners
  • Has dotted-line responsibility to the team for graphic design, copywriting, quality assurance and brand standards in overseeing the work of the team
  • Provides expert identity/creative guidance; monitors, supports and enforces Baxter brand standards while addressing areas of need and opportunity.
  • Stimulates creativity and innovation in the development and execution of project plans, timelines and within budgets.
  • To collaborate on solutions, must have a strong understanding of industry trends and legal/regulatory needs in relation to emerging technologies in design and communications.
  • Manages policies and guidelines keeping all files current and within Baxter standards and compliance
  • Coordinates equipment leases, software licenses and supply needs for in-house agency team Qualifications
    • A conceptual mind and passion for a variety of storytelling mediums including print and digital media
    • A proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign and content creative
    • A track record for managing a mid to high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
    • Ability to translate communication needs of marketers to design and copywriting team members for execution
    • Able to develop project timelines and manage projects according
    • Design or art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies, including
    • Management experience with increasing responsibility
    • Experience working with multiple business units and internal stakeholders
    • Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) required, Visual Communications, Graphic Arts or Advertising focus of study is preferred
    • Leadership/Management experience - 5 years
    • Graphic Design/ Art Direction or Corporate Communications Management - 5 year
