In this role, you will focus on developing, improving, and implementing energy systems that align with both the company's and the industry's environmental and efficiency standards. Your expertise will support our mission of powering homes and businesses sustainably across the U.S. Design and analyze electrical or mechanical systems for energy generation and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable practices are implemented. Conduct research to enhance energy efficiency and integrate new technologies. Prepare technical documentation and project reports. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Strong proficiency in CAD software Knowledge of thermodynamics and energy management Experience with power generation systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Certification in Energy Management (CEM) beneficial
