Job Description Job Description CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - $22.75 - $26/hr. This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC MACHINE OPERATOR for our manufacturing client to start at $22.75 - 26/hr. depending on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities: Set-up CNC Machines, run parts, perform routine preventative maintenance. Inspect parts, deburr, and perform manual operations as needed. Prepare and preset necessary tools for upcoming jobs. Regularly update and maintain all visual control systems. Create or support countermeasures; participate in problem solving exercises. Overtime mandatory when required; including weekends Location: Alsip, IL Schedule/Shift Details: 1st shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri 2nd shift - 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Mon-Fri Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ of machining experience. High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficient in CNC set up and operation Capability of making tool changes and in-process offset adjustments. Solid understand of blueprint reading and GD&T Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, etc.) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals. Why choose Integrity Trade Services? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees. Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.
