Job Description Job Description We’re searching for a skilled
Plumbing Field Supervisor to champion quality, safety, and
efficiency in the field. If you’re a natural leader with a passion
for coaching teams and delivering top-tier service, we want to meet
you! RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a liaison between customers,
technicians, and staff on technical issues regarding products and
services Trains employees to ensure work is performed in accordance
with company practices, processes, workmanship, safety practices,
and efficiency Assists Plumbing Manager in 1:1's and weekly ride
alongs Educates on technical questions and troubleshoot customer
concerns, ensuring highest levels of satisfaction Provides ongoing
feedback of team to Plumbing Manager BENEFITS Medical Insurance:
