Maintenance Mechanic - Equipment - Direct Hire We are looking
for an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work in a manufacturing
environment in Green Bay, WI. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will
be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant
operations. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing
preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat
equipment, CNC machining centers, and supporting plant
infrastructure. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient
operation of production equipment to support on-time delivery,
quality, and cost objectives. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $62400 - $72800 Shift: First
Shift What's the Job? Perform preventive, predictive, and
corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining
centers, and plant infrastructure. Inspect equipment for wear,
leaks, or abnormal conditions and report findings. Maintain
accurate maintenance checklists and logs. Follow all safety
protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and keep work areas
clean and organized. Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
at all times to ensure safety and compliance. What's Needed? High
school diploma or GED. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork
skills. Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience,
preferably in heat-treat or CNC machining environments. Strong
mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics,
motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, and electrical
fundamentals (480V, 3-phase, control circuits). Ability to read
mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals,
and work independently with minimal supervision. What's in it for
