Title: MaaS360 Engineer (Managed Services)
Location: Remote
Type: Contract

Target Pay Rate: 55-65/hr

Summary:
We're looking for a 3-6 month contractor to fill a MaaS360 L3 Admin position for one of our clients. The role includes daily operations, configurations, device enrollments, monitoring, administration, patching and troubleshooting both mobile devices and the backend on-prem server infrastructure. The MaaS360 environment is integrated with M365, so the contractor needs to have experience supporting and managing that type of a setup.

The resource will be working within our managed services practice, and thus also responsible for ticket support during their shift (ideally 8 AM PST - 5 PM PST). This is not a project, rather on-going hands-on support and management services, where the MaaS360 environment will eventually migrate to Intune. Intune experience is nice to have.
