Change, Marketing & Communications Manager (The Boston
Consulting Group, Inc. - Chicago, IL) - Develop and drive change
management initiatives for transformation projects and align with
Knowledge@BCG leadership to collaborate on defining and executing
go-to-market (GTM) strategies across business lines. Specific
duties include: liaise with Knowledge Practice Area leadership to
create change management, marketing and communication plans to
drive uptake and adoption of new Knowledge Management Techniques,
technologies, and processes across the firm; drive cultural change
for knowledge contribution; develop GTM and change communication
materials including emails, videos, presentations, micro-sites, and
other marketing collaterals; build brand architecture for
Knowledge@BCG and act as the brand custodian; explore new channels
for driving communications efforts; work with cross-functional
teams to drive delivery of change management priorities; partner
with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver change and
marketing objectives by managing campaigns, projects, collateral
development, and events; build marketing analytics strategies and
use analytical tools to measure the impact of GTM and change
approaches; manage internal and external vendor relationships to
facilitate merchandising, execution of marketing events/webcasts,
and video production; and develop and execute internal
communication plans for leadership interaction across teams within
Knowledge@BCG. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Communication or related field (willing to accept
foreign education equivalent) plus eight (8) years of experience
driving change management and developing and executing internal
communications and marketing strategies within a professional
services environment. Specific skills/other requirements must also
possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not
applicable to this section): (i) independently developing and
driving change agenda with minimal supervision; (ii) managing
transformation projects from identification of change management
need (Change the Business) to implementation of solution (Run the
Business); (iii) liaising and influencing senior stakeholders to
drive change management; (iv) developing and executing go-to-market
(GTM) strategies; (v) collaborating with cross-functional teams and
vendors to facilitate change & marketing activities; (vi) driving
GTM efforts for product/services with client centric/consultative
selling approaches; (vii) developing and implementing email
marketing and analytics utilizing SFMC and Microsoft Dynamics;
(viii) performing deep data analytics using Tableau and PowerBI;
and (ix) collaborating with internal and external teams using
collaboration tools including Egnyte, Trello and Slack.
Domestic/international travel required based on company/client
need. Domestic/international travel required (up to 25%) based on
client/company need. M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 45+ hours per
