Job Description Job Description Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects, specifically focusing on high-rise and commercial construction. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines using tools such as Primavera P6 and Procore Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise and commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficient in project management software, including Primavera P6 and Procore Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure Benefits PTO Full Benefits Great bonus structure - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
