Position Overview This is a full-time position for an experienced HVAC professional with strong knowledge of residential and light commercial service and installation . As a valued member of our field team, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service on every job. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, on-the-job HVAC service and/or installation experience (Education or technical school coursework does not count toward this requirement) Strong knowledge of installing and servicing: Furnaces and boilers Air conditioning systems Sheet metal transitions on furnaces Solid understanding of electrical systems EPA Certification (Universal or Class II) – preferred, not required Technical school certification – preferred, not required Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Must have own tools Dependable, motivated, and ready to work Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasons Commitment to providing excellent customer service What We Offer Competitive salary plus commission Company vehicle Paid holidays and paid vacation Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) and retirement plan options Ongoing education, training, and professional development A supportive, team-oriented workplace with room to grow Additional Information Full-time, in-person position Criminal background and drug testing required If you’re honest, reliable, hardworking , and excited to be part of a company that values both its customers and its employees, we encourage you to apply.
