Annual Revenue: $100M Work Type: All negotiated contracts Project Pipeline: Currently focused on multifamily, with the capability to handle a diverse range of commercial projects Company Size: Approximately 100 employees across all departments Description Manage day-to-day construction site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets quality standards. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
