Job Description
- The Associate Marketing Manager - Analytics in this role will
be responsible for the marketing analytics for Healthcare North
America. With strong analytic and critical thinking skills, the
analyst will lead marketing reporting by analyzing, interpreting
multiple points of data, uncovering insights, and generating
recommendations that lead to informed business decisions to achieve
Amcor's growth strategy.WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Translate raw data into insights and apply advanced analytics
techniques on a complex data environment to develop deep learning
and rich insights that enable business leaders to build informed
data-driven strategies
- Create statistical models to forecast outcomes and trends based
on existing or similar historical data
- Work in collaboration with IT and Finance teams to identify,
improve and resolve data gaps, and automate data processes when
applicable.
- They will also develop a rich understanding of business needs
and objectives to proactively develop KPIs, evaluate the success of
strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities
- Own and create monthly Marketing KPI dashboards/reports, spend
time with marketing stakeholder to ensuring these reports meet the
teams' evolving data needs.
- Work with marketing automation, CRM, market intelligence
databases to support the marketing and leadership teams on
quarterly meetings and segment pipeline management
- Act as a data "sense-maker" for stakeholders, helping them to
make sense of disparate data sources and inconsistent conclusions.
Ensure data and insights are communicated effectively in a way that
is tailored and contextualized to the target audience
- Support the Lead Qualification process playing a key role as
first point of contact with customers by qualifying new leads and
equipping the sales team with the information to the commercial
selling approach. This position will help determine if these
opportunities are a good fit for Amcor and the potential
customer.
- Support the lead generation inbound strategy analyzing the
combination of multiple digital data points such as digital
campaign results, HubSpot scoring, SalesForce.com, and Amcor.com

- Bachelor's Degree with specialization in business analytics,
marketing analytics or related social science (economics,
mathematics, statistics, or other quantitative discipline)
- Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
across wide range of audiences

- Demonstrated analytical acumen and ability to synthesize
recommendations from vast and not always aligned data sets
- Experience with projects involving highly technical products
and multiple stakeholders
- Some experience in sales and/or service either B2B or
consumer

- Connects inside and outside the team; shares information,
transfers knowledge and seeks diverse input from others within the
team and across the organization; works collaboratively with
multiple internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations,
Product Development, and Finance)
- A sense of curiosity to explore how to improve business metrics
and take proactive steps to learn and improve.
- Some understanding of sales processes and/or selling
systems
- Expertise with several leading analytics types of tools such as
PowerBI, SQL, Excel, SFDC, Google Analytics, HubSpot. Ability to
learn tools and evaluate tools for suitability of
implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously against
tight deadlines
- Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and
