business performance visibility. Position Summary The Senior
FP&A Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting,
financial modeling, and performance analysis for the organization.
This position partners with operations, supply chain, sales, and
executive leadership to interpret financial results and drive
strategic insights. A strong background in manufacturing finance
and expert-level Power BI experience is required to modernize
reporting, develop interactive dashboards, and improve visibility
into plant and corporate performance. Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead development of annual
operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
models. Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
forecasts; analyze variances vs. plan and prior year. Support
scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial
outcomes. Reporting & Analysis Build and deliver monthly
performance reporting packages for senior leadership, including
KPIs, variance analysis, and trend insights. Analyze product line
profitability, margin drivers, cost trends, and operational
efficiencies. Partner with operations to evaluate production
variances, inventory performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
Data & Business Intelligence (Power BI - Required) Develop and
maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, operations, KPIs, financial
reporting, and management reviews. Automate manual reporting
processes and enhance data accuracy through BI tools, SQL queries,
and ERP integration. Serve as a key liaison between Finance and
IT/Data teams to ensure data consistency and governance.
Cross-Functional Support Partner with Supply Chain, Operations,
Engineering, and Commercial teams to evaluate investment decisions,
cost initiatives, and performance metrics. Support ad-hoc strategic
analyses, including pricing reviews, customer profitability, and
capital expenditure evaluations. Qualifications Required Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5 years
of FP&A or financial analysis experience, including
manufacturing industry exposure. Expert Power BI experience,
including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development. Advanced
Excel and strong understanding of financial statements and
modeling. Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle,
Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Preferred Experience with cost
accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing KPIs. Proficiency
in SQL for data extraction and automation. Experience contributing
to process improvement, automation, or reporting enhancements.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial
information for non-finance partners. Key Competencies Analytical
