position is $105,000-$110,000 plus bonus, and it comes with

promote from within. Accountabilities: Take a lead role in monthly,
quarterly, and annual accounting closes Prepare and post journal
entries Review and record admittance of new investors Coordinate
quarterly and annual reporting requirements, as well as tax
requirements Coordinate with cash management group to execute cash
transactions (investor subscriptions, investor distributions,
invoice payment, quarterly fees) Review property management
financial statements Quarterly financial analysis, including review
of investment accounting information Calculate, analyze and report
performance returns Assist in closing the books and records for the
preparation of SEC filings Respond to client inquiries Create
efficiency in and effectiveness of the financial reporting process,
including effective usage of technology, as well as improve client
services Take initiative in identifying problems and providing
suggested solutions Take the lead on special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of
accounting experience Strong knowledge of real estate accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting CPA designation is strongly
