Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries for routine daily, weekly, and monthly transactions. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet and income statement review and analysis. Ensure intercompany balances are properly reconciled. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and internal management reports. Assist with annual audits by providing schedules, supporting documentation, and explanations for variances. Support preparation of bank reporting, covenant calculations, and lender deliverables. Perform ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and other analytical support as needed. Participate in system implementations, consolidated reporting, and accounting related to acquisitions. Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation. Ensure rental equipment and other fixed assets are recorded and depreciated in accordance with company policy. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial records and documentation. Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision 401K Keys Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. 5–7 years of experience in multi-entity corporate accounting or public accounting, with responsibility for preparing and issuing financial statements. Experience with acquisition accounting, system implementations, and/or integrations strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP. Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Texada, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms. Familiarity with BI tools or consolidation and reporting systems is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
