Flexibility - Support - Opportunity - CollaborationOver 100 years of superior client service and pure organic growth - without a single merger!We are seeking a HNW Tax Manager.Highlights:Crain's Chicago 10th largest firm (2022), Accounting Today's 55th largest firm in the US, 10th in the Great Lakes region (2023).Come have a voice in the department and in your career!Large Firm Opportunities, Small Firm Culture.Receive mentorship and support from partners and opportunities for career advancement.Work on tax consulting and compliance services to HNW clients including personal, trust, gift, and family estates.Flexible, hybrid work environment with offices in Chicago, Deerfield, and Downers Grove.How You Will Contribute:100% review of tax returns for Individuals (1040), Trusts (1041 and 5227), Partnerships (1065), Gift (709), Charitable Organizations (990-PF) and S and C-corps (1120).Provide consulting, planning, and tax-saving strategies to clients.Develop and maintain client relationships by providing high quality service that exceeds client's expectations.Recognize and develop ways to minimize tax obligations by offering clients' additional services.Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.About YOU!Bachelor's degree in accounting, MST preferred.CPA License required.5+ progressive years of experience with a focus on HNW individuals or family office average asset range $50mil - $300 mil.
