The Collections Systems Admin will be responsible for administration of the department's Temenos and Virtual Collection Agent systems. This individual will monitor system performance, identify issues and enhancements, and write business rules to increase member adoption/use or increase collector efficiency, develop, document and act on test plans, and resolve defects in a timely manner. They will support leadership with participation in any technical department or organization projects.

Role And Responsibilities
Monitor systems performance and quickly create solutions to problems.
Lead efforts in Tenemos system upgrade planning, testing and execution on behalf of Collections Department.
Define and manage process to monitor member activities within Virtual Collection Agent portal.
Identify performance enhancements and write business rules, test, and implement.
Track and report on performance of business rule defined offers and make suggestions to improve collections results based on data.
Develop monthly reporting package regarding Virtual Collection Agent member activities, collections and define success metrics.
Document, test, and implement changes to improve collector efficiency.
Support Collections leadership with strategic changes by implementing rules to support new strategies or business objectives.
Research and respond to user inquiries regarding the operating systems.
Regularly updates operating systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy guidelines and state specific requirements while ensuring quality assurance through testing.
Works with various department team members and management to execute department projects and system enhancements.
Develop and test champion/challenger settlement strategies within the Virtual Collection Agent system.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in business or systems analytics with advanced experience in excel and SQL preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time efficiently to meet established deadlines while demonstrating an appreciation for accuracy and service.
Possess strong communication, problem solving, and process management skills.
Ability to have a customer focus and view the product from the big picture/customer experience.
Ability to work effectively and communicate with management, members, internal/external contacts, and vendors.
Self-motivated with the ability to work well both in groups and independently.
Ability to plan and estimate own work and manage to the plan.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
