Job Description Summary:
The Integrations Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the accounting function for acquired companies/assets and developing a mature accounting integration playbook. This highly visible role will involve active involvement in the business operations of acquired companies, monitoring of results, and cross functional collaboration and communication. The senior analyst will support the revenue and systems manager, as well as other applicable accounting functions and be accountable for reporting results to the controller, business development, and other department heads. Job Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional team to integrate acquired companies/assets in the month end close process to ensure that key requirements for the integration are executed properly.
Provide accounting function support for post-merger integration activities of acquired companies/assets. Accounting function support may include reporting, reconciliations, billing and collections, accounts payable and payroll processing.
Manage account mapping and data conversion/upload process to ensure that data is received and processed timely to support the Company's Day 1 integration.
Documentation of process flows and controls, including identification of improvement areas.
Monitor, analyze, and report post acquisitions results with respect to all business functions, including rapidly identify issues / risks and escalate to leadership as necessary
Help to continue to build mature integration playbook.
Manages communication across cross-functional teams.
Supervisory Responsibilities

(i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.).
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. MBA / advanced degrees a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting and/or industry experience with a background in accounting or finance.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated experience designing & driving complex, cross-functional initiatives. M&A-specific experience a major plus.
Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Track record of building trusted relationships & influencing others across functions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
Self-starter who can multitask and thrive in fast-paced / ambiguous environments.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across a wide variety of technologies and domains.
Ability to understand and document process flows, identify process improvements, and lead those process improvements.
Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker.
Physical Demand Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to use a laptop and/or desktop computer for extended periods of time.
Travel Requirements
Periodic travel as applicable (-10%)

Certified Public Accountant Preferred
