Job Description Summary:
The Integrations Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting
the accounting function for acquired companies/assets and
developing a mature accounting integration playbook. This highly
visible role will involve active involvement in the business
operations of acquired companies, monitoring of results, and cross
functional collaboration and communication. The senior analyst will
support the revenue and systems manager, as well as other
applicable accounting functions and be accountable for reporting
results to the controller, business development, and other
department heads. Job Description: ---
Partner with cross-functional team to integrate acquired
companies/assets in the month end close process to ensure that key
requirements for the integration are executed properly.
Provide accounting function support for post-merger integration
activities of acquired companies/assets. Accounting function
support may include reporting, reconciliations, billing and
collections, accounts payable and payroll processing.
Manage account mapping and data conversion/upload process to ensure
that data is received and processed timely to support the Company's
Day 1 integration.
Documentation of process flows and controls, including
identification of improvement areas.
Monitor, analyze, and report post acquisitions results with respect
to all business functions, including rapidly identify issues /
risks and escalate to leadership as necessary
Help to continue to build mature integration playbook.
Manages communication across cross-functional teams.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? - NO
(i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases,
scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.).
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. MBA / advanced degrees a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting and/or industry experience with a
background in accounting or finance.
Demonstrated experience designing & driving complex,
cross-functional initiatives. M&A-specific experience a major
