This role is best suited for an individual who is motivated, eager to continually improve and has an ownership mentality; someone who is highly organized and a problem solver. Our firm seeks an individual who is a strong team player, projects the highest degree of integrity, and has outstanding service skills.

Overview

This advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships on our digital advisory platform, and for other accounts. They will also support more tenured advisors in managing their books of business The advisor will provide financial planning advice to the firm's clients in accordance with the firm's policies, goals, objectives, and vision. This person will report to the Director, Investment Advisors.

  • Conduct annual (or as our service level agreement warrants) client portfolio reviews
  • Review account applications, place trades and administratively support all client account activity
  • Respond to inquiries from current and prospective clients. Engage in active listening to determine client objectives and identify possible solutions.
  • Manage client engagements on our digital wealth management platform.
  • Contribute to the success of this platform by monitoring the prospect pipeline and following up with potential clients as appropriate.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer account records as required by applicable regulations.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience working with Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade or Pershing custodial systems.
    • Experience using Salesforce CRM software or similar technology
    • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Life & Health insurance preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients in-person or remotely.
    • Comfortable working under limited supervision
    • Strong task orientation and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Fully capable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
    • One to three years of investment experience in the financial services industry
